I am reading “The Book of Family Traditions on the Art of War by Munemori” and it says about the same thing. It uses the phrase “consummating knowledge” meaning you absorb information and then you forget it. It stay no longer in your conscious and you have no recollection of it. But the information transformed to knowledge becomes part of your system, your mind, your thinking. You act in your life without any conscious effort on that knowledge. This is what is perceived as wisdom in that particular sense.
