I believe what you mean is embodied in the above saying of Einstein. Current mindset is the source of our current political situation/problems/trends. To be able to tackle or change those, one has to step out of the current mindset.

what is post-linearity?

linear thinking has been useful, but it is not enough for creating a life that fits within a holistic reality. causes are effect, effects are causes, and the rational and the logical are not enough to explain reality, without putting serious limits on possibility. i am not saying they are wrong, or not useful, i am saying they are not enough. we need a post-linear understanding.
